This sculpture consists of a plastic mold of Greg Cordasco, Johanna's father. The mold was made in a medical setting and was used during his radiation treatment for brain tumors. The mold held his head in the same spot each time to improve accuracy of the treatment. Johanna chose to weave soft warm colored yarn through the holes in the mold to visually and literally soften the object.
